The first step is to degrease and descale the stainless steel spring. There are three ways to use it:
1. Immerse the stainless steel spring in a plastic container with metal cleaning agent A diluted with water (the dilution ratio of cleaning agent A and water is about 1:1 or 1:2), and the time will be when the surface of the spring is free of oil and scale. The natural color of the metal is appropriate, and the soaking time should not be too long. Take it out and wash it with water. In this way, the surface of the stainless steel spring has a matte effect.
2. The ratio of cleaning agent to clean water in the ultrasonic equipment is about 1:30. The time is suitable for the spring surface to be free of oil stains and oxide skin to restore the original color of the metal. Take it out and wash it with clean water, so that the surface of the stainless steel spring can be matte. Effect.
The above two methods can be applied to springs with high precision.
3. Put the cleaning agent A into a vibrating polishing machine with coarse abrasives and springs or a hexagonal drum (the best volume ratio of springs and coarse abrasives is 1:3, and the amount of cleaning agent is 1%–2% of the weight of the springs) ) After grinding and polishing, wash it with clean water, the scratches on the surface of the spring are gone, and the smoothness of the surface of the spring is improved. However, this method should not be used for springs with high precision and easy winding.
The second step is to polish the stainless steel spring:
Put brightener B into a vibrating polishing machine or hexagonal drum with coarse abrasives (the volume ratio of spring to fine abrasive is 1:3, and the amount of brightener B is about 1%–2% of the weight of the spring, the longer the time The longer it is, the brighter it is) After polishing, take it out and wash it with water and dry it, so that the surface of the stainless steel spring is as bright as nickel plating and will never fade.
